By accessing our website, registering for an event, purchasing a product or service, or engaging with ERPS Group™, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. SERVICES

ERPS Group™ provides tax planning, accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, CFO advisory, business consulting, educational programs, webinars, workshops, events, and related professional services.

2. NO PROFESSIONAL OR LEGAL GUARANTEE

Information provided through our services, websites, events, programs, consultations, educational materials, and content is for informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing provided by ERPS Group™ shall be construed as legal, investment, financial, accounting, tax, or other professional advice specific to your situation unless expressly stated in a signed engagement agreement.

You are responsible for consulting appropriate licensed professionals regarding your specific circumstances.

3. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

ERPS Group™ does not guarantee any specific financial, tax, business, personal, or professional results.

Results vary based on numerous factors including individual circumstances, implementation, market conditions, business decisions, and other variables beyond our control.

Any examples, testimonials, case studies, or success stories presented are illustrative only and do not guarantee similar outcomes.

4. PAYMENTS

Payment is due according to the terms provided at the time of purchase or engagement.

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. REFUNDS

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Digital products are non-refundable.

• Downloadable resources are non-refundable.

• Completed services are non-refundable.

• Event registrations and tickets are non-refundable.

• Strategy sessions, consultations, and coaching sessions are non-refundable once delivered.

Any exceptions shall be made solely at the discretion of ERPS Group™.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, materials, presentations, videos, workbooks, training materials, documents, graphics, branding, and educational resources are the intellectual property of ERPS Group™.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, recorded, modified, or shared without prior written permission.

7. EVENTS AND PROGRAMS

ERPS Group™ reserves the right to modify event schedules, speakers, content, dates, venues, virtual platforms, or program formats as necessary.

In the event of circumstances beyond our control, events may be rescheduled, postponed, converted to virtual delivery, or canceled.

8. NO SOLICITATION POLICY

To maintain a productive environment for all participants, attendees may not solicit, recruit, market, promote, sell, or advertise products, services, events, or opportunities during ERPS Group™ events, webinars, communities, programs, meetings, or online groups without prior written approval.

Violation of this policy may result in removal without refund.

9. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO, AND RECORDINGS

By attending any ERPS Group™ event, webinar, meeting, workshop, training, or program, you grant ERPS Group™ permission to record, photograph, reproduce, and use your image, likeness, voice, comments, or participation for educational, promotional, marketing, and business purposes.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ERPS Group™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of our services, products, events, programs, websites, or materials.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to ERPS Group™ for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ERPS Group™, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, and representatives from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your relationship with ERPS Group™ shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Broward County, Florida, in accordance with applicable Florida law.

14. CHANGES TO TERMS

ERPS Group™ reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
